The Southern Migrant Hawker for instance, back at Bouldnor Forest and last seen at the same location in 2020.Other local sightings have included the Norfolk Hawker, yet another species spreading west in the UK.
A damselfly that is widespread on the UK mainland and now perhaps a resident on the Isle of Wight is the Willow Emerald Damselfly.Last month an individual was photographed and just a week ago another and also a pair ovipositing.
